Stock Items
You have the privilege to return merchandise within a 14-day window from the date of receipt, provided that the items remain unused and in their original packaging. Please note that this policy does not extend to custom-made items or equine products that have been used due to hygiene considerations.
Custom Items
Custom orders are eligible for return only in the event of a defect. Such items will be clearly labeled as “custom” on our website.
Return Procedure
When contacting us for a return, kindly include the following details:
- Your order number.
- Your name and address.
- The purchase date.
- Product description or code.
- The reason for the return.
Ensure that you prominently display the return number on the external packaging of the merchandise being sent back.
For non-faulty returns, a full refund or exchange will be processed, minus the cost of return postage, provided that the goods are returned in their original, unsoiled condition with the original packaging intact. Please retain your postage receipt as proof when returning items to obtain your refund.
Refunds and exchanges will be initiated only after we have received and inspected the returned items. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt and inspection.
Defective Items
If you wish to return an item due to defects, you must make arrangements to return the item to our UK office for assessment. Initial return costs for items suspected of having faults will be your responsibility. Once we have assessed the issue, we will contact you to discuss refund or replacement options. In the rare instance that the goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will, at our discretion, organize the repair or replacement of the item at our expense, and it will be returned to you.
For more details on how we handle suspected manufacturing or materials faults, please contact our office for assistance. In cases where a product clearly exhibits defects, we will strive to expedite the repair or replacement process with minimal inconvenience to you. Reasonable costs associated with returning defective goods to Bristol Firearms will be reimbursed upon providing written proof of these expenses.
Please be aware that failure to adhere to recommended cleaning, storage, and maintenance guidelines or damage caused by accidents or misuse will void any return eligibility for the products.
If you reside outside the United Kingdom, please get in touch with our office before sending any items back to us to obtain instructions on shipping procedures to avoid unnecessary tax charges upon re-entry into the UK.
Important Note: Bristol Firearms does not provide any express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. This provision does not diminish your statutory rights as a consumer.

Merchandise Damaged in Transit
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify the Bristol Firearms office within 24 hours of delivery. Do not use any product that has suffered transit damage. Ensure that both the damaged product and all packaging materials are retained until the matter is resolved with the courier.
